Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will provide complete administrative support for assigned members of the Lands’ End Executive team. This position calls for the highest degree of professionalism, independent judgment, and discretion in completing assignments that are of a sensitive nature. You will interact with various levels of contacts within the company as well as those from outside Lands’ End. This role also is the administrative point of contact for the NY Office.


Job Functions:



  • Provide support that includes, but is not limited to, making domestic and international travel arrangements, maintaining calendars, scheduling and canceling appointments, responding to routine correspondence and requests, preparing correspondence for review and signature, preparing and reconciling expense reports

  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings, event participation, reservations and all conference related activities and inform attendees of detailed logistics

  • Compile, format, proofread, edit, and/or type various correspondence, reports, and information for publication and distribution.
    Under executive leadership guidance, prepare and organize PowerPoint presentation materials

  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing incoming calls and emails to the executive, and responding to inquiries with appropriate guidance and direction.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure security for documents, information and projects.

  • Anticipate needs of the Executive and respond appropriately.

  • Collaborate with other executive assistants in ensuring that critical cross functional meetings are scheduled on a timely basis, and provide back up support as needed.

  • Must follow all safe work practices, escalate unsafe conditions and report incidents.

  • Manages the daily operations of the NY office which includes budgeting and managing office supplies, being the liaison with service providers to ensure continuity of services, being the liaison with building management and Lands’ End’s facilities team.


Skills:



  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior management administrative role. 

  • Experience in providing administrative support for an Executive’s international business activities

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams).

  • Excellent organizational, and prioritization skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information both internally and externally in a clear, focused and concise manner

  • A self starter who demonstrates the ability to work independently and solve problems, anticipating potential needs or issues and intervening where appropriate

  • Strong sense of urgency and time management capability

  • Must possess proficient proofreading and editing skills


The pay range for this position is $ 65,362 – $102,711. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and disability benefits.
