Job Schedule: Full Time. Day Shift. Occasional Nights/Weekends as required. Schedule Subject to change, Based on Business Needs. 

Job Summary:   

The Driver Helper/TMA Driver will assist in the maintenance of roadsides to ensure a high level of cleanliness throughout the service area. The Driver Helper will be responsible for litter and trash removal in front for the sweeper. Work will be performed at nights on the interstate. 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Driving a company pick up truck, towing a traffic control device, and/or non-cdl TMA Stake body truck. 


• Assisting street sweeper with arrowboard, message board, and other traffic control devices.


• Perform duties as required by driver.    


• Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted.    


• Maintain quality of work.    


• Exercise extra caution during inclement weather.    


• Perform all other duties assigned.     

Job Requirements:  

• Valid Chauffeurs License Required


• Valid DOT Med Card, Required


• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report


• High school diploma or equivalent.   


• Experience working outdoors  


• Ability to follow directions and read maps  


• Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests  


• Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.  


• Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending as required
