Job Description:
Position Function:
Provides administrative support to the Door Services branch location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive incoming service calls for one or more locations.
- Prioritize and dispatch service calls with best available Technician to complete job.
- Create Service Requests in Oracle system and assign to designated Technician.
- Review Service Tickets daily and process for billing.
- Coordinate and schedule Installations with Installers and Customers.
- Daily review of completed Sales Orders: identify back charges, compare work completed to payroll and bid hours.
- Ensure parts are allocated to trucks appropriately for jobs.
- Entering service quotes into the Oracle system
- Review and approve Technician timecards.
- Assist with cycle counts, receiving and inventory transactions within Oracle.
- All other administrative duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years office and administrative experience required, prior construction industry experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds required.
- Ability to interface well with various levels of employees within the company.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts inside and outside the organization.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to use an ERP system (Oracle preferred).
- Ability and willingness to become familiar with various product lines.
- Accurately handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills required.
- Ability to meet designated deadlines.
Education:
High School diploma required
