PURPOSE STATEMENT

This Position is responsible for coordinating marketing and promotion initiatives in addition to administrative and event management.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Assist with the day-to-day operations and marketing of the Buffalo Waterfront. Duties to include:


General:

* Work at minimum 50% of all concerts

* Work at minimum 2 shifts per week at the Ice at Canalside

* Manage the main phone line 2 weekdays per week

* Manage the general information email inbox

Office:

* Assist with managing subscription services

* Administer ticketing platform and box office duties

* Assist with inventory management

* Assist with accounts payable

Marketing:

* Implement social media marketing plan

* Content creation, production, and publication of social media reels

* Ensure proper and timely promotions of events and sponsorship information

* Build and maintain all active web pages, google calendars, google pages ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

* Deactivate outdated or irrelevant web pages

* Coordinate with events and sponsorship to ensure web pages have accurate representation

* Provide customer service through management of customer comments and inquiries submitted through our social media channels

* Creation and publication of monthly newsletter

Promotions:

* Implement events and promotions

* Maintain promotional calendar, planning promotional aspects at minimum one month prior to event

* Brainstorm event and promotion ideas across all properties and aspects of business

* Assist marketing and event staff, as needed

* Other duties, as assigned


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Strong organizational skills

* Excellent written and communication skills

* 1-3 years experience with social media and/or website management

* Experience using Microsoft Office


* Experience using Social Media Platforms

* Experience using the Adobe Suite a plus, not required

* Team Player, ability to work well and collaborate with others.

* Excellent written and communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills

* Detail-oriented

COMPENSATION



In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"),reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.



Annual Range/Hourly Rate


$22.00-$32.45
