Job Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate robots to tune optical filters using work instructions as directed by the Supervisor. Perform peripheral task as specified by Supervisor to support testing.
• Operate robots to Post-tune optical filters
• All product, processes and documentation developed are ISO9001 compliant
• The highest standards of Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Business Results are modeled.
• The highest standards of ethics, professionalism, leadership, competency, and quality are modeled.
• All products, processes and documentation developed meet all the requirements of a safe work environment.
• Less experienced employees are mentored and trained effectively.
• A Personal Development Plan is completed and updated annually. (EDP)
• Follow company policy regarding ergonomically safe work environment and safety training
• Responsible for maintaining Quality Work Environment housekeeping standards for own work area and community areas
• Maintains a positive attitude and is cooperative in working with others.
• Adapts readily to changes in work caused by new requirements and/or situations.

• High School Diploma

All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.

Quality and Environmental Responsibilities

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
