As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic and financial consulting related to strategy development and execution, accounting, capital investment, operating performance, software utilization, financial planning, project reporting and accounting and process improvement support for the Real Estate business area.
Responsibilities include:
consulting and providing business advisory support to the Real Estate department
preparing and assisting the BAR Manager with planning and strategy support for the Real Estate departments to guide senior management decisions
providing quarterly/annual financial accounting, analysis, and evaluation for Real Estate and Financial Reporting departments
developing, producing and/or reviewing reporting which provides management with real estate information appropriate to the function and level of the recipient

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or another analytical discipline or equivalent
5 years of relevant business experience
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity
ability to plan and organize projects to meet deadlines
excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
willingness to work extended hours as needed
intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Microsoft, Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook.
knowledge of SAP
Master’s degree in Accounting or MBA with concentration in Accounting or Finance
8 years of relevant business experience
Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional or other certifications specific to the position
knowledge of real estate and/ or construction industry, Publix store operational performance measurements, accounting principles, general business practices, and financial statements
advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Microsoft, Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook
advanced knowledge in SAP
knowledge of Landmark and Compass
knowledge of Mapping Tools (Publix Web Map & Google Maps)
ESM Suite (Executive Management) Web application
