Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Offer our customers the best possible service by providing prompt and friendly service to all customers.Maintain an organized work space and counter space for retail customers.Maintain accurate records of all transactions made over the phone.Monitor special order parts throughCarQuest system.Utilize all options to locate parts for customers as needed.Assist Customers over the phone and in-personPick Product from Warehouse in order to fulfill customer needs
