JOB SUMMARY: The Spinx Brand Ambassador program offers candidates a unique chance to champion the Spinx brand at community events. A Spinx Brand Ambassador is a person uniquely qualified to represent the company at public events in a professional manner. This person should embody the Spinx Core Values and always maintain a positive attitude. A brand ambassador should take pride in representing Spinx and engaging with the community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist with Spinx events including but not limited to: the Spinx Golf Tournament, Spinx Run Fest, Spinx Store Grand Openings, Spinx Nights at various sporting events, and other events in the community.Event responsibilities include informing the public about the Spinx brand and its offerings, signing people up for the Spinx Xtras loyalty program, giving away Spinx prizes, and more.Assist with set up and breakdown for all events.Assist with keeping inventory of Spinx promo itemsBe familiar with the Spinx Xtras loyalty program and able to speak to its benefits to the public.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma/equivalency required. Event experience preferred. Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed position requirements under minimal direction and supervision. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Effectively present information to customers, associates and the community. Must display professionalism during all communications. Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems, make sound judgments and recommendations, dealing with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Current state Drivers License and minimum state-required auto insurance.
