Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire Invoicing Support for our growing team! This person will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Job seekers with experience in billing, administrative work, finance, and accounts payable would excel in this position.



  • In office, Monday-Friday 

  • Standard business hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, with additional hours as business needs require

  • Pay starting at $23/hr. 


Job Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for verifying and processing daily invoices

  • Provide administrative support for all departments 

  • Receive daily job tickets, check tickets for description of work completed, extra parts used on the job, and required paperwork

  • Processes billing transactions in a timely and productive manner

  • Ensure all job labor is costed and billed correctly on each job ticket 

  • Audit job costs entered in the billing system and printed on tentative registers to billed amount daily, to assure costing is in line with the billed amount

  • Maintain project folders where required, as needed

  • Meets production goals and month end processing requirements

  • Other responsibilities as assigned


Job Requirements:



  • High School Diploma/GED 

  • Must have strong attention to detail and customer service skills

  • Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills

  • One (1) year office-related experience

  • Accounts Payable, Receivable, or Billing/Invoicing experience preferred
