Job Description:

This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. 

The Customer Master Data Analyst is responsible for creating and changing customer data in SAP/Salesforce ensuring accuracy to data standards and operating procedures.

Responsible For:

• Ensuring that customer master data is maintained and managed with efficiency and accuracy in all systems. 


• Identify customer master data gaps and/or roadblocks to ensure data accuracy downstream.             


• Working closely with master data owners to resolve master data accuracy issues and related master data maintenance.


• Supporting internal and external stakeholders by migrating disruptions to the creation of and changes to customer master data.


• Managing requests from internal and external stakeholders for changes to and or creation of master data records.  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma.


• 1+ years’ experience with an ERP system.


• 1+ years’ experience in a customer facing position.


• Able to prioritize work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.


• Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem solve. 


• Demonstrated ability to communication to internal and external customer’s tactfully and professionally.


• Customer-focused and service-oriented.
