Assistant Project Manager (Full Time): Review project with estimator, determine & define scope of work & deliverables & predict resources needed to complete project; Review shop drawings before submitting to architect; Review & understand all installation instructions and methods of various curtain wall, storefront & glass system; Obtain approvals & submit other regulations prereqs, review all gathered product data submittals, glass, metal, bi-folding doors, curtain walls, storefront & finish samples before submittal by project eng; Gather lead time of all materials to avoid any delays; adherence to health & safety standards & report issues; Review closeout docs, review as-builts match field installation conditions before submitting to gen contractor.
Offered Wage: $100,526/year.
