Position summary
As the Admissions Director you are responsible for generating, responding to and nurturing potential new resident leads, and for transitioning inquiries into admissions to achieve 100% census for the communities you serve. This role works closely with Executive Marketing Team as well as leaders at their assigned communities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet established goals to drive censusDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing campaignCreate and maintain robust contact/email list for each communityMonitor and maintain social medical activity dailyTrack and develops all leadsin CRM program (MCM)
