Job Description:

The Neenah-Menasha Y is hiring an Esports Specialist. This position requires an individual who is passionate about video games and is willing to help lead young members through the competitive gaming world in a team environment. As the e-Sports Specialist, you'll be responsible for the supervision of our Tech Lab, development of programming, and device support with our participants. Working side-by-side with our Sports & Rec Director & Coordinator, the Esports Specialist will mentor participants in a wide range of multiplayer games, coach them to understand the mechanics, strategy and, most importantly, taking their love of the game to the next level.

This is a part-time job with hours primarily in the evenings from 3:00-8:30pm and Saturdays from 8:00am-1:00pm. Additional hours are available.
