Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Estimator for our Entry Door Systems team in Olathe, Kansas. We are looking for an individual that is detail oriented, enjoys working with numbers, and has a competitive drive. No experience required, willing to train! 

This role would be a good transition into the workforce for college grads, or those who are looking for a career change, or if you have experience in accounting, finance, customer service, business, marketing, administration, assistant, billing/payroll, or construction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review drawings and specifications to determine amounts and most appropriate product based on specific job requirements to complete the project


• Collaborate with managers about sale strategies


• Determine cost of projects based on products and quantity


• Strong communication with vendors, customers and upper management 


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion


• Other duties may be assigned

 Job Requirements: 

• Mathematically inclined - innately good with numbers


• Proven experience in a fast paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills


• No experience required - On the job training is available for those with strong attributes!
