As a Program Performance Specialist, your role will involve close collaboration with Program Managers and project managers to evaluate project performance and financials. You will conduct comprehensive financial analyses, utilizing your expertise to provide valuable insights that inform decision-making and drive project optimization. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering regular report outs on program financials and staffing requirements to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the advanced technology market sector by actively contributing to the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at fostering innovation and growth within the organization. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving success and achieving excellence in advanced technology projects.

Salary Range: $85,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package for employees.
