Job Description:

Moraga Post Acute is ranked "Five Stars" by Medicare and named "Best Nursing Home" by U.S. News and World Report. We are a 49 bed facility with outstanding physical therapy programs to help those with post hospital care needs to transition home.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and compassionate LVN with immediate availability to work the following shifts:

• Full Time - AM/PM Shift


• Part Time - AM/PM Shift


• 4 - 2 Rotating Schedule


• Starting Pay - $38
