Job Description:

Dynamic Manufacturing has an exciting opening for an Accounts Payable associate to join our team! 

Our Accounts Payable will be responsible for completing payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Service vendor accounts by managing vendor statement and other business documents.


• Review and verify invoices and check requests.


• Sort, code and match invoices.


• Set invoices up for payment.


• Track expenses and process expense reports.


• Monitor accounts to ensure payment are up to date.


• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.


• Maintain vendor files.


• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.


• Provide internal customers with documentation and support requests as needed.


• Provide backup to others within AP department during absence or as directed.


• Manage electronic storage of all invoices and vendor documents.


• Produce monthly reports.


• Provide supporting documentation for audits.


• Assist with month end and closing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.




• Coursework in accounting desirable.




• Knowledge in the following: accounts payable, general accounting procedures, and relevant accounting software.




• Working knowledge of Excel, QAD, Cyberquery and Progress required.




• Experience working in Manufacturing industry preferred.




• Two years relevant work experience.




• Solid mathematical aptitude.




• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.




• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
