Fred Finch Specialized Wraparound is a family-centered, community-based program that offers highly individualized mental health and behavioral services for youth and families referred by the San Diego Regional Center. These support services can include intensive care coordination with the family's extended team of providers, safety planning and crisis management, ongoing clinical assessments, direct behavioral and mental health treatment and intervention, and opportunities for psychotherapy and psychiatric and medication monitoring.

What You Will Do
The Care Coordinatoris responsible for providing clinical assessment (i.e., diagnosis, behavioral health assessments, client plan and progress notes) through a trauma-informed lens, therapeutic based services, and case management to a diverse population of at-risk youth, young adults, and families.
Shifts Available
Full Time afternoon and evenings required. Work remotely with clinical services provided in the community, office and telehealth settings.
Salary Range
In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $33.03 and $53.80 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

What You Bring to The Table (requirements):
M.A. Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited college or university.Registered associate (AMFT or ACSW, or APCC with relevant experience with target population) with the Board of Behavioral Some programs may consider candidates who are able to obtain registered status within first six (6) months after hire. (If working in a program licensed by Community Care Licensing must meet minimum training and experience requirements - for more information please see http://www.cdss.ca.gov/cdssweb/entres/pdf/CCR/STRTP_ILS.pdf )Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of diagnostic assessment, individual/family/group behavioral treatment methods for target population of program.Demonstrated knowledge of risk assessment, including danger to self or others, and effective community-based interventions.Demonstrated cultural responsiveness in working with diverse families andClean driving record: current CA Drivers License or ability to obtain within 10 days afterMust have access to dependable transportation; personal car insurance meeting minimum liability coverage required if position requires driving for work or transportingBasic computer and keyboarding competence with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and/or competency with electronic clinical documentation

Preferred
One (1) year graduate school or post graduate experience with program target population (Example: intellectually disabled, homeless, teens or young adults, seriously emotionally disturbed).Applies a strength-based, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and flexible approach to supervision, participant and community service, in order to support participant recovery, health, and wellness.Exhibits strong behavioral, crisis management and family/individual/group therapyFluency in prevailing language(s) of the
