Job Description:

The ERP Data Specialist is responsible for managing the Cultivation departments data in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records and conducting cycle counts of all products and raw materials?.

?ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
?Enter production data into the companys ERP system?Ensure the accuracy of data in the ERP system and state compliance system (METRC)?Utilize the ERP system to create or augment production orders and production kits?Work closely with management to ensure the timely entry of data ?Perform physical inventory cycle counts and inventory RCAs ?Compile inventory reports
?Communicate any discrepancies to management?Perform inventory reconciliation ?Collaborate with Cultivation team on miscellaneous projects?Collaborate with the Vault and Manufacturing team on deliveries from Cultivation?Collate and report on qualitative assessments to cultivation department heads and managers
