Job Description:

The Manager, ID&E Enablement and Metrics will provide overall direction and leadership on various meetings and projects. This position will fully implement and manage the planning, enablement, operations, and administration of Talent Acquisition and ID&E projects.

This role is key to sustaining cross functional relationships that drive and enable transformational change. Helping to create and execute strategies that are able to adapt to the emerging needs and trends of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and to better serve our people, business and communities.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our campus in Richfield, MN and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities


  • Uses specialized depth or breadth of experience to solve complex problems and influence leaders; takes broad perspective to identify solutions.

  • Lead team wide initiatives integral to fulfilling the strategic plan for continuous enablement and improvement.

  • Develop project documentation to include Project Scopes, Project Plans, Meeting Notes and Issue/ Resolution Logs.

  • Serves as the project expert, defining and developing standard project management tools and methodologies.

  • Create and coordinate development of resources relevant to meeting and projects for improvement of the project management process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience and expertise in HR, Talent Acquisition, and/or Diversity and Inclusion.

  • 3 or more years of project management experience

  • Subject matter expert and strong knowledge on relevant and industry-standard Diversity and Inclusion best practices, external trends, insights, content and culture

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7 or more years of experience and expertise in HR, Talent Acquisition, and/or Diversity and Inclusion.

  • 5 or more years of demonstrating strong ability to compose reports, correspondence, proposals, and other business documents for dissemenation internally and externally.

  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to successfully balance and manage multiple projects at once

  • Proven ability to identify and manage project risks
