Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. The Intern experience at Lands’ End is a comprehensive development-based role, designed to facilitate a robust Dietetics career path. Interns will be immersed and integrated in the various functions of Dietetics while gaining valuable hands-on experience in skill competency areas.

We have adopted a flexible, hybrid schedule allowing remote and onsite working days. The primary work location is our corporate campus in Dodgeville, WI and you will perform work both on-site and remotely each week. You must reside or relocate within a commutable distance of the office for this position. Don’t worry, we have you covered, Lands’ End offers competitive relocation assistance!

Successful Dietetics Intern candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities: 

• Create, present, and evaluate a group class on a nutrition/wellness topic.


• Provide one-on-one counseling on various nutrition/wellness topics to Lands' End employees or dependents.


• Work closely with the Lands’ End Clinic to build weight loss and diabetes programs.


• Collaborate with the summer camp staff to design programs to create awareness of the benefits of eating healthy at a young age.


• Plan activities, games and hands on cooking experiences that teach children the benefits of good nutrition and encourage lifelong eating habits.  


• Create educational and/or presentation materials as needed for programs/presentations. 


• Work with key partners to provide healthier meal options across campus.


• Work with BRG groups to highlight and educate cultural food base items on the menu.


• Participate in the summer project with fellow interns that will be presented to leadership.
