ABOUT THIS POSITION
As a Workplace Sales Associate, you will play an integral role in the success of our organization. You will be responsible for servicing and deepening participant relationships by providing foundational retirement strategy and insights, general portfolio needs, and resolving complex situations. As part of our sales team, you will identify and qualify high-value participants to a Financial Consultant who will deliver enhanced personalized consultations or offer products/services based on their needs. Base salary range:
$52,500 - $89,000 USD
For the location of:
Colorado
*Expected starting salary for this role is $62,000.
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
