Additionally this role will serve as a change management agent in supporting the broader H&D process improvements:
Identifying tracking and reporting progress on various continuous improvement cross functional initiatives
Monitoring the health and performance of organization for future process improvements needed
This role will report to the Agile Excellence and Portfolio Leadership chapter for Home & Distribution NAM Hub and be located in our Monterrey Design and Innovation (MDIC) center.
4 year technical degree or equivalent
Experience in a new product development organization to understand the basic cross functional working environment and general process involved in creating new products
Working knowledge of various systems but particularly: Jama/Jira and how to coach teams on the effective use of such tools.
Agile framework practical knowledge is beneficial
Additionally the person will need to possess:
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English in a multi country environment
Ability to work both at the team and management level, conducting training classes as needed, listening for feedback, formulating strategies for continuous improvement
Quick learner to be able to master new digital tools and share that knowledge with broader audience efficiently and effectively
Self starter to be able to work autonomously most of the time creating targeted change management plans, and executing those plans to help the organization execute efficiently
