UEG is currently looking for a Director level team member in our Entertainment Sector, leading the day-to-day operation of our Film and IP practice. This is a great opportunity for someone with studio and/or agency experience to take the next step in their career, joining an agency with a wide array of Fortune 500 clients, and focusing on negotiating, and selling in, innovative Film and IP opportunities across our brand network, and beyond. If you love film, content and brand partnerships, and know how to innovatively sell creative ideas in this space, this is the opportunity for you to shape your future, and this practice, within an established and respected agency. Working closely with the EVP and VP's in this sector, this individual will focus efforts on Film & IP, but will have purview into music, TV, digital, esports/gaming, and the broader agency offerings as well. This employee will assist in growing the business by delivering both a high level of client service to existing clients and identifying new opportunities to continue our growth and leadership in this industry.

PAY RANGE: $65,000 - $94,000 a year
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
