What you need to know about the role


You own end-to-end go to market launch strategy for product capabilities within the Value-Added Services product suite that serve our Enterprise merchant customers. You will work closely product, sales, global merchant services, and marketing to execute on corresponding strategies.

The Enterprise GTM team is focused on strengthening PayPal's large enterprise platform and value-added services (VAS) value proposition and strategy. The team is relied upon to own the product launch strategy and spearhead critical operational processes.

You will work closely with various internal stakeholders including other Product teams, Marketing, Sales, Global Merchant Services, and Engineering. We help these constituents understand the Enterprise segment trajectory. You will own the end-to-end strategy to bring components of our product to market. This includes the unified value proposition and support of the content and messaging strategy. Our goal is to ensure that the value our customers receive far exceeds their expectations and that our platform and value added services are central to their growth strategy and overall business.



Your day to day



In this role, you will:


  • Assess upcoming roadmap items for commercialization needs specific to their product area


  • Partnering with product to assess upcoming roadmap items for GTM support needs specific to your product area


  • In partnership with marketing and sales, leading and being accountable for the development of a clear end-to-end positioning strategy for your product area


  • Facilitating development of internal and external content to support our narrative and underlying services for your product area


  • Coordinating necessary research to improve our strategies and execution


  • Supporting internal opportunities such as standard product documentation.





What do you need to bring



  • 2-5+ years of digital go-to-market experience


  • 2-5+ years of experience in a payments (cards and alternative forms) environment (processor, merchant, acquiring/issuing bank, card network/scheme), with experience both in e-commerce and card present with a focus on facilitating revenue growth revenue.


  • 2-5+ years of experience in selling, supporting and/or implementing E-commerce/CNP implementations of payment services including front-end deliverables and relevant back-office reconciliation processes. Experience across multiple merchant verticals a plus (travel, subscription, digital goods and services, SAAS, etc.)


  • Strategic in all things, strong quantitative and analytical abilities.


  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn all facets of your product area and process.


  • Detail oriented, with attention to nuances in executing large scale projects with lots of moving pieces.


  • Keen listener with recognition that success is rooted in understanding.


  • Action oriented with ability to execute, problem-solving to streamline processes and building to scale.


  • Willingness, ability and desire to periodically travel is required.
