Overview:

Do dangling participles hurt your teeth? Have you ever written a headline so good it made a colleague jealous? Will the sight of an em-dash on Page 4 compel you go back to the one on Page 2 to make sure it wasn't actually an en-dash?

If so, we want to hear from you.

Oliver Wyman is a leading global management consultancy dedicated to creating transformational moments for our clients. At Oliver Wyman and our think tank, the Oliver Wyman Forum, thought leadership content is a key differentiator. We share ideas and insights drawn from our advisory work and from original research to help business and government leaders around the world solve their thorniest problems.

We are looking for a top-flight copyeditor to help bring our content to the next level. Your role will be to ensure that reports, articles, blog posts, and other pieces of thought leadership slavishly adhere to our house style and sparkle with sophistication, allowing our breakthrough ideas to shine. You will clarify and de-clunk copy, whet appetites with clever heads and decks, and dazzle with smooth and seamless transitions. In short, you will burnish the Oliver Wyman brand by giving our original insights the care, attention, and professional polish they deserve.

**This is a hybrid role based in our NYC office. There is no option to be fully remote.**

Skills and Attributes:

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once

  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
