Titans Clubhouse is a Recovery Support clubhouse serving members ages 13-17 who are experiencing difficulties with drug and/or alcohol use. We provide education around drug use and related issues, support with schoolwork, support with gaining employment, and activities that promote whole health and provide a fun alternative to use. We work closely with the courts and with probation and we also accept clients who are not mandated to treat.

Under general supervision, assists with daily living activities at the person's home, in a daytime nonresidential facility or a residential facility. Observes and monitors client's behavior and charts observations and incidents. Provides training of basic personal and social skills, simple academics, or work skills to consumers/students in a state school, hospital, juvenile detention facility, residence, group home, workshop, or supported employment environment. May assist with meal preparation, ensuring or encouraging client group activity, providing transportation, and/or limited case management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Documents client activities in ECR within 24 hours.Links caregivers with community resources according to their needs.Writes timely progress notes that relate directly to the curriculum activities per session. Identifies unmet needs, reviews available resources, and refers to adequate services.Collects programmatic data (academic, assistance, behavior, surveys, etc.) and provides the information to Program Manager monthly.Ability to cook nutritional meals for cohort members when in-person services deployed.Ability to create fun and innovative programs, workshops, activities, field trips that support the progress of clubhouse members.Transport clients using a 12-passenger van and participate in Clubhouse activities.Conduct activities onsite and offsite outings.Work with clients to establish goals and follow up on progress.Participate in staffing to discuss member progress.Complete Carelogic notes for member activities.Enter Data into Clubhouse portal for all contact with members.Other duties as assigned by Clubhouse Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university OR One year of experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting OR One year of experience at the lower-level Client Support Worker 1 (SSS010) or position equivalent. Note: Some positions may require a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with at risk youth and families in crisis.Knowledge of community resourcesAbility to work independently and as a team member.Good verbal and written skills

Requirements/Competencies:
Must be able to lift 20 pounds.Requires long periods of sitting/standing.Must have valid Georgia drivers license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy.Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens.Any combination of training and experience, which would have enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities Note: This position does require a valid Georgia driver license.Other duties as assigned.
