Position Summary:
Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Madison, WI office. We provide research design, data collection, and analytic services that enable our clients to make business critical decisions using high-quality, unbiased data. The right candidate will have experience, knowledge, and interest in research and analytics. Opportunity for advancement.

Your Role:

• Prepare administrative and self-report data for analysis
• Conduct descriptive and advanced statistical analysis of data and interpret results
• Develop charts, tables, and graphs to communicate quantitative results
• Clean, format, and manage samples for telephone, mail, and web surveys
• Participate in survey design and execution (survey methodology, questionnaires)
• Maintain databases
• Perform secondary research
• Monitor and manage survey project performance
• Oversee quality control protocols for the Survey Research Center
• Write topic guides for, and conduct qualitative interviews
• Write and present results from analysis of quantitative and qualitative data

Qualifications:

• Master's degree required, PhD preferred
• Advanced understanding of statistics and research methods
• 5-8 years experience in data management and data analysis

Compensation:

• $85,000-$105,000 annually
• Salary commensurate with experience

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Hybrid (in-office and remote) setting
• Regularly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a computer monitor, calculator, and computer printer
