Job Description:

Under the minimal direction of Manager, Invoicing, the Supervisor, Corporate Invoicing is responsible for oversight of billing transactional processes.  Typical duties include day to day communications with clients, client services and other appropriate parties involved regarding processed data, system functionality, file maintenance questions and issues.  Other responsibilities include processing client information generating and reconciling client billing information, reviewing and analyzing data and reports.  

Other assignments may include assisting with on boarding new acquisitions, special projects and job scheduling within the department.  Additionally, this individual is viewed as the Subject Matter Expert on invoicing project management, ERP systems, analyzing complex business issues and providing strategic solutions.  The Invoicing Supervisor is instrumental in developing strategies and documenting business cases to implement system and process changes that will impact invoicing, including but not limited to enhancements, product development and system testing.

Primary Accountabilities: 

  • Leadership (50%)


  • Provide training to new hires, as well as ongoing training for associates.  Serve as a key resource for associate and department questions


  • Lead team in onboarding new clients, new services, or any new invoicing processes.


  • Operational (30%)


  • Review, understand and communicate contract requirements for billing team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.


  • Point of contact for review, approval and delegation of invoicing and processing related action items.


  • Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements for existing invoicing processes.


  • Administrative (20%)


  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures 


  • Monitor daily ERP reporting to ensure invoicing accuracy


  • Collaboration with other departments to problem solve invoicing issues


Required Qualification: 


  • High School Diploma/GED


  • 6+ years’ work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides required knowledge, skills and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office


  • Competent in Google Office Suite


  • Competent in Oracle Cloud
