Job Description:

The Shipping and Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing the finished goods inventory and preparing shipments for delivery throughout the week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Selecting items and sorting packages inside the vault at our Plant Accurately pick, pack, and ship for 25-30 deliveries per day Scheduling Transportation Routes based on the needs of the business in partnership with the Protection Team Perform accurate monthly physical inventory of all finished goods. Managing & Maintaining inventory in a neat and orderly manner Work with our ERP system and Metrc software to review sales orders, create shipments and verify manifests Managing Kanban inventory levels and reports to instruct management on what products are needed Investigating any inventory discrepancies identified through normal processes or inventory report Generating transfer manifests Operating material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.) in a safe and effective manner Coordinating inventory transactions between Curio facilities. Generating delivery manifests to include departure times, delivery routes and contents of deliveries Reporting on status of Inventory levels of critical and non-critical items Using the company ERP system effectively to accurately reflect inventory Using the state mandated seed-to-sale system to accurately reflect inventory Point person for Director of Sales regarding inventory or delivery issues Occasionally contact dispensary customers to troubleshoot issues. Must keep areas clean, secure and organized at all times.
