The full-time Operations Support Administrator is needed. College students and recent grads are encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform data entry within JDE operating system per given instructions
• Create and update spreadsheets/scorecards as directed
• Must flex within functional areas
• Perform other duties as required or directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel; Excellent computer skills
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. This includes the ability to speak and write clearly to deliver client service excellence - over the phone, through e-mail, or in all other interactions.
• Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments, consistently delivering results within required timelines and expectations.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some college coursework, preferably in business, communications, administration or human resources
• An interest in administration; any related coursework
