Job Description:

Receptionist $22-$23/hr




Downtown Denver




Temp to hire - Fully in office




M-F 8am to 5pm




Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors.


• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance and guidance as needed.


• Manage all front desk duties.

• Accept and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate distribution to respective departments.


• Coordinate and schedule conference room reservations, ensuring rooms are set up and prepared for meetings.


• Handle building facility requests and manage guest access to the floor, maintaining security protocols.

• Restock office supplies and maintain inventory levels, including daily restocking of the breakroom/snack area.


• Perform routine cleaning tasks in common areas, including dishes, and ensure the overall tidiness and organization of the office.


• Pay attention to detail regarding the appearance of the office.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.


• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).


• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Professional demeanor and appearance.
