Position Summary: The ServiceNow Support Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the ServiceNow platform within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support and administration of the ServiceNow platform
Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning as needed
Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
Assist with the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and features
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform
Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and new features
Participate in on-call support rotation as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or similar role
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification preferred
Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with other systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
