Equifax is looking for a Insight Analyst/Steward to support our Direct to Consumer (D2C) Data & Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to explore and leverage diverse datasets to build insights, while driving data standards and governance practices across the D2C business.

What You'll Do

• Build an understanding of the D2C business at a level of detail that enables you to derive insights and solve problems leveraging complex data assets generated by multiple, disparate systems
  
• Create visualizations that inform our business stakeholders on key metrics and trends to support business monitoring and strategic decisioning
  
• Help to create and maintain standards, definitions, documentation and organization for metrics, reports, scorecards, and dashboards within the D&A team
  
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders and ensure internal client satisfaction
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, BI or Analytics or related field
  
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or data management with a proven track record of excellence and business-minded experience
  
• Previous collaboration with both non-IT stakeholders and IT stakeholders
  
• Ability to synthesize non-technical business stakeholder needs into analytical deliverables
  
• Experience with Big Data and Cloud environments is highly valued
  
• Functional knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker, Spotfire, or Tableau

• Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
  
• Metadata management experience
  
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
  
• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
