Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Provides support and coordination for the organization's external financial reporting processes, including responsibilities associated with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Evaluates monthly comparative operating results and forecasts and prepare a comprehensive reporting package to be provided and presented to senior management.
- Leads coordination and preparation of quarter-end disclosure schedules within a tight timeframe to support external reporting requirements.
- Ensures that the documentation appearing in all filings is aligned with all applicable United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Securities Exchange Commission reporting requirements.
- Performs the research, determination, and execution of proper accounting treatment based on accounting and regulatory advice as required.
- Maintained and assist in the annual operating plan and periodic forecasting.
- Assists with the professional development of financial analysts.
- Prepares and supervises bank covenants.
- Facilitates the audit process by preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation to support externally-reported financial and non-financial information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (Preferred)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (Preferred)
- Background in Operations Finance or FP&A, with a focus on reporting and financial data
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$74,500 - $88,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
