Amoskeag Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and progressive, nonprofit primary healthcare organization that celebrates its 30th year in 2023!

Our team of healthcare professionals positively impacts the health, well-being and quality of life for those we serve providing comprehensive, integrated, affordable healthcare and education to patients. We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.

The Director of Integrated Health is responsible for the direction and strategic expansion of the Behavioral Health, Social Services and Substance Use Treatment service lines at Amoskeag Health. The Director works with key staff in all areas of the organization to support a team-based, integrated Patient Centered Medical Home model of care as outlined by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA). Through the implementation of evidence-based treatment practices, mission-driven goal setting, personal and team accountability, and purposeful teambuilding, the Director leads the delivery of high-quality behavioral health and social services in our diverse and vibrant Federally Qualified Health Center.
