RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a New York City, NY based firm is seeking a talented Accounting Manager. This role reports to the CFO and will join a team of CPAs and accounting professionals in handling aspects related to their properties. REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of private real estate accounting or public accounting experience with real estate client exposure


• Excellent people and communications skills are a must, along with the ability to work well independently and with others


• MRI software a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
