Torque Consulting, Is working with a leader in the construction sector, seeks an experienced Project Manager to spearhead our ambitious projects in Tarpon Springs. This role is designed for someone with a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects within commercial interiors
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret Contract Drawings and Specifications with precision to ensure project alignment with client visions and compliance with all regulations.
Draft detailed subcontractor scopes of work, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Lead contract negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes for all stakeholders.
Utilize a logical and organized approach to task completion and problem-solving, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of all Divisions of work to oversee project aspects seamlessly.
Develop, manage, and update project schedules using industry-standard software to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in managing construction projects with budgets greater than $5M.
Proficiency in reading and understanding Contract Drawings and Specifications.
Experience in drafting subcontractor scopes of work and in contract negotiations.
Logical and systematic approach to task completion and problem resolution.
In-depth knowledge of all construction Divisions of work.
Exceptional work ethic and commitment to project success.
Proven ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating, managing, and updating project schedules with industry software.
