IDAHO FOREST GROUP IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PARTS COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM LOCATED IN LACLEDE.


Pay range $22.66 to $26.66/Hr. depending on experience! Full Benefits; Medical, Dental, Vision after 30 days. 401K with 5% Company Match!


POSITION SUMMARY
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of parts essential to Idaho Forest Group. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations by obatining parts and supplies needed to maintain the efficient running of the mill for maximum production . A successful Parts Coordinator must have meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules and regulations
• Update work orders from Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as parts are received
• Work with Purchasing and Maintenance Manager on work orders
• Create Purchase Requisitions with all pertinent information
• Work with Purchasing on packing slip or receiving inaccuracies
• Will physically receive in goods to ensure proper supplies arrive, free of damages
• Ability to process RMA’s
• Product fulfillment in all stockrooms and rooms are labeled, identified and organized
• Performs weekly and monthly cycle counts
• Generate and revise tags for inventory needs
• Ensure parts available for scheduled work
• Keep working areas clean
• Other duties as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to quickly obtain one as a condition of employment)
• Minimum two years of experience in a warehouse setting
• Knowledge of specific Fed and State laws
• Technical skills –
o Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Dynastar
o Understanding of Inventory Management
• Skills:
o Communication: The ability to express ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
o Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Examples include critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.
o Organizational Skills: The ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Examples include time management, multitasking, and project management.
o Creativity: The ability to think outside the box, develop innovative solutions, and create new ideas. Examples include brainstorming, design thinking, and creative problem-solving.
o Attention to Detail: The ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies. Examples include quality control, proofreading, and precision in execution.

• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test, post-offer pre-employment physical, and background check.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle History for business travel in company vehicle.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Maintenance or warehouse background preferred.


Physical Requirements:


Move safely, quickly, and perform duties with repetitious movement. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance. Sit and/or stand for shift, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull, maintain balance, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distances, and climb stairs. Must be able to tolerate all weather elements, loud conditions, vibrations and airborne particles (sawdust).
