We are looking for a new Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing machines in good shape and consistently running. This is the only Maintenance position for our 15-person operation, but you will work closely with your counterpart in our other Ohio and Pennsylvania plants. And we bring in outside services whenever needed. You and our M achine Operators are empowered to bring safety and improvement ideas forward every day. Internally, we call this job Maintenance Mechanic.

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday , with a few daytime overtime hours on Fridays to do preventative maintenance

Hours: 6:00am - 4:00pm
Maintenance Mechanic Pay Range: $26.00 - $31.00/hour, based on experience

Core Contributions:

• Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.
• In our manufacturing plant, you'll be working on our machines and all of the supporting pieces of equipment that our Machine Operators use in their daily jobs.
• Work with the Machine Operators to better understand issues and apply their deep knowledge of the machines to a solution.
• Perform regular and preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected downtime. You'll be working with things such as control circuits, electro and mechanical systems, mixer, extruder, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine the best adjustment or repair.
• Maintain and repair physical structure to our buildings and grounds when needed, including snow removal, basic plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.

• 2+ years of experience with mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and machine shop tools
• Associate degree in Electromechanics, related field, or an apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance is helpful
• High school diploma or GED
