Rental Coordinator at MP SYSTEMS in Ham Lake, Minnesota

Job Description:

MP Systems is looking for a Rental Coordinator at our East Troy WI and Ham Lake MN locations.


The Rental Coordinator is a professional who supports the Fleet Manager in a wide variety of tasks including rental of equipment, planning and coordinating fleet-related activities including compliance for rentals and the rest of the fleet. The Rental Coordinator will also provide support, organization, and assistance with other fleet-related tasks to operation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of the vehicles according to priority and ensure that all these functions are carried out within the established rules and legal regulations.


Provide leadership to take charge of all aspects of equipment rental, encourage teamwork, and supply the energy and enthusiasm to achieve company goals and objectives. Conduct business in accordance with PPC and MP System's mission and vision statements.

Secure and get approval to rent equipment as requested
Set up and monitor telematics reporting and connectivity
Monitor CMV and CDL vehicles for compliance requirements
Call off rent and get units returned when there done
