Key Responsibilities:
Leverage FMEA, RCA analysis, and Oracle EAM expertise to develop and implement data-driven methodologies for early detection of asset health issues.
Spearhead the cultural shift towards a reliability-focused mindset within facilities maintenance and operations teams.
Drive reliability programs and processes across multiple facilities, acting as the go-to resource for reliability expertise.
Champion the development and execution of Design for Reliability (DFR) and Early Equipment Management (EEM) strategies.
Lead, manage, and mentor junior reliability engineers, fostering their capabilities and knowledge.
Oversee the implementation of condition monitoring equipment and software to optimize the reliability program.
Train engineering and facility personnel on the use of predictive tools and software.
Provide expert knowledge on systems and processes, serving as a central resource for technical reviews and data acquisition.
Lead the analysis practices and quality assurance for the reliability teams.
Collaborate with external vendors to leverage their expertise in maximizing asset condition assessment.
Partner with facility leadership to coach and train personnel on Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and other failure mitigation methodologies.
Integrate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles into operational programs, driving efficiency and reliability.
Champion continuous improvement through thought leadership and industry collaboration. Explore and recommend innovative reliability program enhancements.
