Job Description:

Fred Beans Automotive Group is immediately hiring an experienced Title Clerk in Bucks County, PA!
This position is full time- Monday through Friday.
*experience strongly desired, but not required*

The Title Clerk will be responsible for handling legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. The Title Clerk will have the opportunity to advance within a growing accounting department. We offer Paid Training!
What You'll Do
• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state they will be titled timely
and within state guidelines
• Prepare tax and title documents ensuring that all information is accurate
• Submit all legal transfer paperwork to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before
processing
• Maintain a system to verify titles and title company inventory
• Purchase temporary vehicle tags and process tag agency payments
• Resolves issues with customers, as needed
• Stay up to date with all title regulations and PennDOT training and relay all regulation
changes to all sales personnel

What You'll Need
• Detail oriented
• Understanding of invoice style billing
• Ability to communicate verbally and writing in a professional manner
• Excellent organization skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• 2+ years of automotive title clerk experience preferred
