Job Description
THE ROLE
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our Data Fabric initiative: establishing a cross-business identity spine that enables expanded customer profiles by combining 1P and 3P data to discover richer insights that can be monetized across Curinos' core assets and AI platforms.
In this role you will be responsible for creating our Data Fabric offering across our Markets and Channels business. This will allow Curinos products to offer unassailable value to its clients and further secure the company's existing competitive advantage. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for end-to-end product lifecycles, bringing products from concept to reality.
YOU WILL
Discover Client Needs: Conduct research and engage with internal and external clients to identify and understand their data needs and challenges
Create Data Expansion Strategy: Develop strategies to expand data sets through 3rd party partnerships while creating a "customer ID" throughline that adds auditability, enables mapping, and ensures the data aligns with market demands and client requirements
Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with engineering teams to make key architectural decisions, ensuring efficient data processing and storage
Delivery Method Development: Design and refine methods for data access, integrity, and delivery
Innovation in Data Analysis: Implement new data analysis methods to enhance product value and client insights
Responsibilities
Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on client feedback and market trends
Data Quality Oversight: Ensure the highest quality of data in terms of accuracy, timeliness, and relevance
Market Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends to guide product development and innovation
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align product vision and deliverables
Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on product performance metrics, using data to drive decisions and improvements
Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 (plus bonus)
Desired Skills & Expertise
At least 4 years of data product offering Product Management experience demonstrated career progression and business-moving impact
Experience building self-service Data Platform products leveraged by internal and external product teams through web services
Experience delivering data products based on modern cloud big data technologies; DataBricks, Snowflake, BiqQuery, RedShift or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Manager working in enterprise and B2B data product offerings with a consistent record of multi-workstream management and effective delivery in an Agile environment
Proficiency in presenting complex data concepts in a clear and effective manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with API architecture focused on reliability and performance is an added bonus
Preferred experience in financial or banking industry with an understanding of the core business model of banking
