We're searching for a scientifically-minded Technical Center Specialist to join our US-based team!
Note: this role, under the current Employee Work Arrangement program, is eligible to work one (1) day per regular work week remote.
Summary
The Technical Center Specialist will provide operational support to the North American Tech Center which includes customer cycle development, product testing, and assisting with sterilization training for customers within the biopharma and broader life sciences industry. In addition to technical experience, the role requires effective communication and collaboration across relevant groups to enable robust training, qualification, and ongoing technical readiness within the Americas.
Essential Functions

Directly perform tests on Fedegari products and technology applications, on behalf of customers and/or through internal projects for the Fedegari Tech Center. Interface with customers directly for technical analysis, product and cycle development parameters, and testing definition.
Assist Tech Center leadership in planning. coordinating, preparing, and facilitating hands-on process training for sterilization, bio-decontamination, and washing.
As necessary, assess technical qualifications of new customer trainees and internal technical/engineering employees.
Assist account management and/or commercial staff during the quote process by completing cycle development/performance qualification questionnaires.
Collect, sort, and analyze data, including communicating testing and research results in a timely manner.
Create, review, and approve calibration certificates.
Represent Fedegari Technologies and Fedegari Group in a professional and ethical manner.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably Chemistry/Biochemistry or Microbiology.
2+ years' working experience within a technical and/or industrial environment.
Demonstratable knowledge of cGMP and aseptic processing/manufacturing.
Familiarity with training/system applications, quality systems, and learning management technology.
Technical acumen: ability to understand and convey engineering principles and scientific information.
Analytical rigor: bring structure to ill-defined problems and intellectual leadership to problem solving.
Courteous, supportive, and respectful in all interactions.
Possess genuine willingness to learn/be coachable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and poised presentation.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience in sterilization and bio-decontamination within a biopharmaceutical or medical device/medical equipment manufacturing environment.
