Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Identifying the material needs of the organization.
• Placing orders with suppliers.
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Returning non-conforming materials.
• Resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Identifying and resolving key shortages or excess inventory.

Must have experience using a computer based materials resource planning and / or enterprise resource planning system such as JDE and MXP.

• Proficient Microsoft Office - Excel and Word.
• 1-3 years purchasing or buying experience in manufacturing environment.
