Intro and job overview:

As a member of the Product Management Team, understand market trends within our existing and target market customers, and be able to translate needs to business requirements, functional use cases, and solution descriptions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the overall market and assist the Product Managers in identifying areas of opportunity based on market research and customer needs. Become the subject matter expert (SME) on the product portfolio and play a key role in supporting sales opportunities product development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • You will be responsible for defining, executing, and aligning stakeholders on the Data Quality product vision and strategy for your investment and product segments.
  • You will be responsible for managing the overall business performance and P&L of your investment segment.
  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Data Quality products and be responsible for the strategy to bring the best of the capabilities together in a modern, SaaS experience.
  • You will stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies within the Data Quality domain, and competitive analysis, defining products to serve those needs, the addressable market, and overall business justification and strategic fit for all products within the Data Quality portfolio.
  • You will serve as a subject matter expert of Data Quality - core principles, implementation use cases, and capabilities, educating the market, our customers, and the Precisely organization.
  • You will own the portfolio management process and provide support for the team.
  • You will develop and manage pricing and packaging for Preciselys Data Quality offerings.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • You have 15+ years in an enterprise software product management role with 7-10 years leading high performant product management teams.
  • You have experience working with Data Quality tools in the market and/or Data Quality standards and principles.
  • You have BS in a business or technical field.
  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement.
  • You have experience in enterprise software technologies and implementation.
  • You have desire to be technology curious; keep up in reasonably technical conversations.
  • You have outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills with ability to present to large and small audiences.
  • Experience with SaaS software delivery and experience working with Cloud platforms and technologies.
  • Additional experience in adjacent spaces such as Data Catalog, Data Governance, Data Observability, or Master Data Management.
  • Experience working with AI/ML Data Quality.
  • MBA degree and/or Pragmatic Marketing.
