Intro and job overview:

Join our Product Management team and become a driving force behind the Data Integrity Suite product line. In this pivotal role, you'll delve into market trends across our existing and target customer segments, transforming insights into actionable business requirements, functional use cases, and compelling product solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll emerge as the subject matter expert on our Data Integrity Suite product portfolio, guiding product development and supporting sales with your deep product knowledge and market insights. Your expertise will identify growth opportunities, inform strategy, and ensure our products continue to meet the evolving needs of our market.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Product Management strategy and execution: Craft and champion the product vision for data security, privacy, and AI/ML integration within the Data Integrity Suite, tailored to the needs of global enterprises.
  • Market and Customer Insight for Data Security and Privacy requirements: Engage with global customers to deeply understand their security, privacy, data access, and AI/ML challenges, guiding the development of robust, compliant solutions with a SaaS solution.
  • Comprehensive Compliance Product Strategy: Develop strategies, planning, and prioritization of requirements to ensure the Suite exceeds data privacy and protection standards, with a focus on data protection, privacy, data access, AI/ML integration, and security standards critical across Precisely customer regions.
  • Cross-functional Leadership for Security Excellence: Lead collaboration with Product Managers across various SaaS products to standardize security features, ensuring a unified and secure platform posture.
  • Customer-Centric Security Development: Work closely with customers to align the Suites security features with their needs, participating in InfoSec questionnaires and reviews.
  • Agile Product Management Across the Lifecycle: Oversee the feature development of data security, privacy, and protection needs across all product lifecycle stages using Agile methodologies.
  • AI and ML Security and Privacy Oversight: Oversee secure integration of AI/ML technologies, ensuring ethical use and compliance with global data protection standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration and customer interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in product management, with a focus on SaaS B2B cloud platforms. Experience in developing security solutions for global enterprises preferred.
  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Hybrid Cloud / SaaS knowledge: Experience with B2B SaaS solutions and hybrid cloud deployment models
  • Strategic Planning and Global Market Focus: Ability to develop strategic plans addressing common global data security and privacy needs.
  • Identity Access Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) systems and role-based access controls (RBAC), including designing, implementing, and managing secure access policies across a SaaS platform. Proven ability to develop strategies that ensure data is securely accessible to authorized personnel only, enhancing platform integrity and customer trust.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with a broad spectrum of data management practices, including data quality, data integration, data governance, and metadata management. Advanced degrees or certifications in data privacy, data engineering, or AI are highly regarded.
  • Global Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with a broad range of global data protection regulations.
  • Customer Engagement and Advisory: Experience advising large, global enterprises on data security and privacy strategies.
  • Agile product management experience: Solid experience in agile product management methodologies, demonstrating an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Experience with Product Management platforms such as Aha! and JIRA for roadmap planning, feature tracking, and prioritization.
