In your Adult and Feminine Care Brand Growth & Innovation Leader role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. 

Adult and Feminine Care Brand Growth & Innovation Leader leads longer term strategy and innovation for their sector and is a key link to the Global Sector Strategy organization. This key role works closely with Marketing Sr Directors/VPs to drive synergies and strategies across the BU (Adult & Feminine Care) to enable them to drive the right work to achieve overall growth and business results. Leads a team of three.        

The Impact You Can Make


  • Leads and drives the 3-to-5-year brand strategy and supporting innovation and renovation pipeline to deliver the needs of the categories and overall strategic business plan.

  • Drives connection & scale between KCNA and the global team / regions.

  • Develops the Strategic Business Plan, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Insights & Analytics, Research & Engineering, Brand leaders, and Finance, and works with the Marketing Sr Directors/VPs on the transforming it into actionable ABPs.  

  • Drives prioritization, portfolio decisions and on-going pipeline development. 

  • Designs, develops, and implements marketing programs and/or pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services, or market sector.

  • Creates and seizes new business opportunities, new categories, and identify long term products, promise, and channel innovation.

  • Represents sector on GSL and Global Brand Council.

  • Works collaboratively with Marketing Sr Directors/VPs to drive synergies and strategies across the BU.

Experiences We’re Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree.


  • 10+ years business & marketing experience - Marketing leader with demonstrated experience building business strategies, managing a P&L, and developing breakthrough innovation plans for growth. Should have a strong foundational understanding of the P&L, a record of strong talent building and ability to influence a diverse stakeholder group without direct authority.


  • Transformational vision, strategic thinking, and executional skills - Demonstrated history of developing and activating bold strategic plans that drive transformational results. They should be consumer centric, growth minded and able to embrace & champion transformation. Must be able to translate disparate sources of information into fact-based strategies and innovation plans that will win with the consumer and deliver on the growth goals of the business. Must have experience with translating big ideas into execution.


  • Strong innovation experience - Experience leveraging consumer, customer and category insights, drivers, and trends to build innovation across product, promise and channel. Should have experience developing and evaluating new product concepts, along with managing an innovation portfolio via stages and gates to deliver on the growth goals of a business.


  • Global Minded Efficiency - Proven ability to leverage ideas & work from outside their region and business unit to drive scale and efficiency.


  • Influence and interpersonal skills - Results-oriented with strong communication skills to inspire, influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed organization, including marketing directors, research & engineering, other KCNA RSLs, Digital CoE, Performance Marketing, Global team, and RSLs from other global regions.


  • Talent Builder - This leader must demonstrate strong team development skills and have prior experience inspiring cross functional teams to embrace & adopt transformation.
