Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We're seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in Central Texas and oversee our temporary fence rental operations. As a Dispatcher, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency, fostering positive communication, and driving excellence for our customers and within our team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Direct oversight of installers, yard personnel, and shop personnel.
Review all paperwork for completion and accuracy, including manifests and routing tickets.
Monitor service levels and deliveries to optimize efficiency and quality of customer care.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure positive communication within the region and resolve customer service issues.
Coordinate asset transfers with Operations Managers at other branches.
Analyze and report on operational activities, including service levels, routing efficiency, and fuel usage.
Implement standard practices and efficiency in coordination with the General Manager.
Administer fleet DOT requirements and maintain records.
Conduct employee development and periodic performance reviews.
Create and maintain a positive, safe, and effective work environment.
